It has been reported that the officials of the enforcement department are investigating BJP district president Kalidas in Chennai. The house of Jyothimani, who works at the BJP head office, is also being raided by the enforcement department.

The enforcement officials are conducting active raids at about 40 places in Tamil Nadu. Recently, the enforcement department conducted surprise raids at 34 places in various districts, including Chennai, Pudukottai, and Dindigul in Tamil Nadu. The raids were carried out in a frenzy at the houses of the sand quarrymen and their associates. The investigation was also conducted at the Department of Mineral Resources office in Chennai.

An unaccounted amount of Rs 12.83 crore was frozen in the bank during the search conducted at the premises of the sand quarry magnates and their associates. An unaccounted amount of Rs 2.33 crore was seized in cash. All over Tamil Nadu, including Nnai OMR Road and properties belonging to real estate industrialists and their related persons, the enforcement department is investigating.

In Chennai, it has been reported that the officials of the enforcement department are interrogating South Chennai BJP district president Kalidas. Also, there has been a commotion as the enforcement department is raiding the house of Jyothimani, who works at the BJP headquarters in D. Nagar, Kamalalayam.

It is said that the enforcement officials have information about the illegal money transfer, and based on that, the raid is going on. As part of that, raids are said to be taking place at the house of South Chennai district BJP president Kalidas and the house of BJP office worker Jyothimani.
