A mysterious person entered the Jose Alukkas jewellery store on Gandhipuram 100 Feet Road in Coimbatore through the AC ventilator pipe and stole 200 sovereigns of gold.

The Gandhipuram 100 Feet Road area is a major commercial area in Coimbatore city, with a large number of jewellery stores, clothing stores, and other shops. The Jose Alukkas jewellery store is located in this always bustling area.

Today, at 9:30 am, when the employees opened the store, they were shocked to see that the gold jewellery stacked on the racks on the first and second floors had been stolen. The employees informed the Kaattuur police.

Subsequently, the police arrived at the scene and collected evidence by conducting a search with fingerprint experts and bringing in sniffer dog Wilma.
