When a new team of Income Tax officials came to raid the house of DMK MP Jagathanratsaka, he greeted them with a smile.
Income Tax Department raids are being conducted for the second day today at more than 30 places owned by DMK MP Jagatrakshagan. This raid was conducted at 6 a.m. yesterday morning with armed forces in the colleges, star hotels, and hospitals belonging to Jagatrakshagan.
The test was also conducted at Savita Medical College in Thandalam, Nakshatra Inn, Dinagar. Similarly, a search was conducted by breaking the lock of a college employee in Patapai.
And they knocked on the newly plastered walls of his house to see if there was any room. Also, luxury cars owned by Jagatrakshagan were searched.
In this case, 1.2 crore rupees were seized from the house of Jagadratshakan. Also, an unaccounted amount of Rs 10 crore was seized from the premises belonging to Thandalam Savita Education Group. Inch-by-inch inspections were carried out in Jagatrakshagan’s house. In this condition, it is said that this test will continue tomorrow.
