Who is responsible for the mess in music composer AR Rahman’s “Marakuma Nenjam”? The police department? Event organisers? An apology has been made by the event organizers to cover up the mistakes of the police commissioner. If a large number of people gather at a place, is it the duty of the police to ensure security, traffic, law and order, etc. without disturbing the public? or Is it the duty of event organizers?
