A better example of betrayal is the BJP. Is O. Panneerselvam standing alone to protect the lotus symbol, which has been placed in the hands of the DMK? Or is he standing alone to protect his dignity? Former MP KC Palanisamy raised these questions.

He expressed that BJP’s perspective is to divide the DMK into small groups, reduce its power, and then join those groups individually with the BJP to gain strength. This is why the BJP removed KC Palanisamy due to his alertness to the OPS & EPS combination since 2018.

He stated that even if there were differences in opinion between Edappadi Palanisamy and him, the BJP’s stance has been to support the AIADMK in a position of opposition to the DMK, as seen from 2018 onwards.
