Twist in Vengaivayal case.. No one’s DNA matched.. CBI shocked!

DNA test conducted on 31 people with samples taken from the Vengai Vayal drinking water tank, not a single DNA matched.

On December 26, 2022, in Vengaivayal village in Pudukkottai district, Tamil Nadu, unidentified persons mixed human waste in the drinking water tank in the street where people of Scheduled Castes live. This cruel and despicable act that took place in the drinking water tank in the area where people of Scheduled Castes live caused a great stir.

Pudukottai police initiated an investigation to find out who were the criminals who mixed human waste in the drinking water tank. Following that, CBI police are currently conducting the investigation. The investigation, which has been going on for more than a year, is still inconclusive.

CBI police have interrogated 221 people in person. Following that, DNA (DNA) tests were conducted on only 31 people who were considered suspicious. Chennai Mylapore Forensic Laboratory experts compared the DNA of 31 people with samples of drinking water mixed with human waste.

According to the results of this study, the DNA samples did not match the samples of drinking water mixed with human waste. CBI police have informed the court about this. As a result, there has been a setback in identifying the criminals in the Vengaivayal case.

In the wake of this, it is reported that the CBI police are planning to subject 10 specific people who are suspected of being criminals to a truth-finding test in the next phase, and have sought court permission for that.
