Will Jamin be available for Senthil Balaji?

In the case of obstructing the anti-corruption money transfer law, Senthil Balaji, who has been imprisoned, has been examined by the Chennai Chief Magistrate’s Court ten times. Senthil Balaji, who has been detained in the Puzhal prison for five months, is eagerly awaited by his family members to find out when Jamin will be available to him.

The officials arrested Minister Senthil Balaji on June 14, last year. This led to a heart condition. After a month of treatment in the hospital, Senthil Balaji was placed in the Puzhal prison.

In this case, the officials of the Anti-Corruption Department conducted an investigation into Senthil Balaji, who was detained in the Puzhal prison. In the past 5 months, the Chief Magistrate’s Court for Senthil Balaji has granted bail 10 times.

On October 20th, the situation ended, and Chief Justice of the Chennai High Court, Justice Ali, visited the Puzhal prison to see the condition of Senthil Balaji. Following this, he extended Senthil Balaji’s bail until November 6.

For the past five months, Senthil Balaji has been providing medical care for his physical condition, and in the high court, it has been stated that he needs to arrange bail. In a state where he is in a condition that he can receive medical treatment in a government or private hospital without specifying the reasons for medical treatment or the availability of medical treatment in the prison, it has been argued that there is no such condition for Senthil Balaji.

In a report submitted to the Ministry of Health, Chief Legal Officer M.R. Elango stated that he had received information that Senthil Balaji, who was detained in Puzhal, was receiving 67 crore rupees as a bribe to get a job. Furthermore, Senthil Balaji was allowed to provide medical treatment in a government or private hospital outside the prison, without specifying the conditions for medical treatment in the prison. The state has not given such a condition, it has been stated.

In the current situation where Senthil Balaji’s brothers are in a continuous situation, if they get bail for Jamin, they will surrender their claims. In addition, the judge of the case has stated that he has not specified the date of the verdict of the lawsuit by listening to the two parties.
